I have switched my idea. I am now going to create a parking app that allows you to book a parking space when you need one. You can even book a parking space months in advance! This app gives you the exact coordinates/address of your parking space. This app takes care of everything. You will never be ticketed for an expired parking meter again! This app makes sure that the fee is taken care of until you leave! Its the cheapest and easiest parking option out there.

Sounds like a great idea, Kyle. You mentioned in class that there is already an app that does this, so how will you make yours different/better/more appealing than the app(s) that are already out there? What sorts of research will you have to do to launch your app?
Kyle, it's certainly an interesting idea but I have a couple question regarding how this will work. The parking spaces, would these be in parking lots at sports events, on the street, are the spaces offered limited? Also, what about rule breakers? I think most people can say that they have seen or know those people that take reserved spaces they aren't supposed to, would the app address this in any way?
Who will you have to talk to in order to get your app connected to these parking spots if they are currently public parking?
Are you going to try to make a lot of the spots in DC connected to your app? If so, what about the people that cannot afford to reserve these parking spots, because there is already limited parking in DC?
What locations will this app be used at ? Otherwise it sounds like a great idea.

I Will penalize spot takers by charging them four times the amount of time they parked. The app will provide parking for everything everywhere in DC. It doesn't matter if it's for sports or for grocery shopping., if you need it, it provides it.

My goal is to have every parking space in DC connected. I will make the app affordable for everyone, so if you have a motor and 4 wheels and need a parking spot, it won't break your bank account.
