We were able to successfully launch our business, and even filled a couple orders, but now we're struggling with how to collect payment. We originally were going to collect it ourselves in the mornings, but have realized that people are very confused by that process. Moving forward, we're going to have people drop the money off at a designated advisor and see if that is more efficient.
In addition to our payment struggles, we have not executed our marketing plan. Whether this is simply our social anxiety or lack of resources, it has not contributed anything positive to our business. From now on, our focus has shifted from making the most profit to making our business marketable to other people. We want to finish this semester by handing over our business to the next management class and allowing them to continue what we've started. Stay tuned!
